The
first tent factory by H. Nizam Din & Sons was established
in 1869 at Lahore.Its reputation for fine workmanship,
good quality products and reasonable prices grew steadily.Soon
H. Nizam Din & Sons were placed on the approved government
contractors list.With the growing demands and constant
patronage of the government, railways and state officials,the
factory shifted to spacious grounds in 1932.
With the outbbreak of the second world war in 1939,
H. Nizam Din & Sons opened a seperate factory entirely
to meet the military requirements of the country.
H.
Nizam Din & Sons has given over a century of service
to their patrons.To meet the growing demands for their
products all over the country,a new factory was established
in karachi in 1959 by H. Nizam Din & Sons.
In
1975 the firm H. Nizam Din & Sons was converted into
a private limited company styled as H. Nizam Din &
Sons (pvt) LTD.
The Karachi factory employs 400 workers and covers
an area of 4.15 acres.The company, which is completely
self contained, handles the manufacture of the tent
right from the weaving process to the final stiching.
H. Nizam Din & Sons are unique in this aspect thus
ensuring top quality and guaranteeing superb workmanship.
